Il existe une autre institution de paix, bien plus ancienne, remontant \u00e0 l&#8217;Antiquit\u00e9\u00a0: les Jeux olympiques. Le nombre de pays participants aux Jeux olympiques est sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui des pays affili\u00e9s aux Nations Unies. Nulle part ailleurs, des nations combattantes ne passent deux semaines ensemble \u00e0 vivre ensemble, \u00e0 concourir, \u00e0 apprendre \u00e0 se conna\u00eetre, \u00e0 nouer des amiti\u00e9s et, ainsi, \u00e0 promouvoir la paix mondiale.<\/p><p>C&#8217;est pourquoi les Jeux olympiques m\u00e9ritent d&#8217;\u00eatre reconnus pour leur valeur et leur pertinence, et comme l&#8217;une des plus grandes institutions de paix de tous les temps. Les athl\u00e8tes peuvent v\u00e9ritablement contribuer significativement \u00e0 la paix mondiale. Le mode de vie v\u00e9gan offre davantage d&#8217;avantages comp\u00e9titifs que les produits dopants ill\u00e9gaux. Pourquoi\u00a0? En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, lorsque les athl\u00e8tes v\u00e9ganes participent \u00e0 des comp\u00e9titions, ils sont minoritaires, mais remportent la majorit\u00e9 des comp\u00e9titions. Au cours de l&#8217;activit\u00e9 sportive, la viscosit\u00e9 (l&#8217;\u00e9paisseur) du sang augmente souvent, entra\u00eenant une perte progressive d&#8217;oxyg\u00e9nation des tissus. Cela peut potentiellement d\u00e9grader les performances sportives. Lorsque je m&#8217;int\u00e9resse plus sp\u00e9cifiquement au mouvement de culturisme v\u00e9g\u00e9talien, j&#8217;ai toute une carri\u00e8re d&#8217;exp\u00e9riences, d&#8217;observations et de le\u00e7ons apprises \u00e0 m\u00e9diter. \u00bb<\/p><p>Budjargal Byambaa, Mongolie, membre du Conseil consultatif international de Vegan, est un v\u00e9gan crudivore et un coureur d&#8217;ultra-distance qui participe \u00e0 des \u00e9preuves de distance extr\u00eame sur plusieurs jours. Budjargal parcourt d&#8217;\u00e9normes distances \u00e0 des vitesses impressionnantes. Il d\u00e9tient plusieurs records de parcours et a \u00e9t\u00e9 champion du monde des 48 heures en 2022. Il a remport\u00e9 deux fois la course de 10 jours de Sri Chinmoy, a \u00e9tabli le record du parcours de l&#8217;Icarus Florida de 6 jours, d\u00e9tient le record national de course de 24 heures, est le champion du monde des 48 heures et le vainqueur de la course de 6 jours de Xiamen.<\/p><p>Mac Danzig, combattant de l&#8217;UFC, \u00ab J&#8217;ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 quel point l&#8217;id\u00e9e d&#8217;avoir besoin de viande dans son alimentation \u00e9tait absurde.
